Remove existing solar hot water system (left panels on roof at customers request) and install Rinnai 26.
Install customer supplied combi isolation valve. Customer attempted themselves. Connect to toilet cistern inlet valve and hand held spray. Test and commission
Disconnected and removed old solar unit, replaced with new Rheem 250 and new pipe work, tested, all good
Unblocked basin trap and both condensate drains to aircon indoor unit. Will need to fix ceiling as per Ben
Search and investigate water leak found problem to be in the unit 304 upstairs
Supply and install new boundary pressure valve and ball valve in existing irrigation box. Connect to existing Pipework. Re test pressure. 500kpa
Replaced rinnai b26, replaced 20mm tempering valv, removed water restrictors in shower rose, replaced Flexi hose under basin
Supply and installed rheem stellar 330l semi recessed into wall
Replace kitchen sink mixer and added stop cocks, shut off her irrigation because pop up sprinklers had blown off
